Daily Inspection

1. Check whether the coolant level, oil level, fuel level and the grease at the place that needs to be filled with grease are sufficient.

2. Check whether there is any leakage of oil, water and gas;

3. Check whether the connection and fastening of external parts and accessories are good;

4. Check whether the fan and belt are too tight or too loose;

5. Check whether the exhaust temperature, color, sound and vibration of the engine are normal and whether the speed is smooth;

6. Check whether the supercharger inlet and return oil pipes are smooth, and whether there is any oil leakage;

7. Check the exhaust pipeline to make sure there is no leakage and the intake pipeline to make sure it is smooth.

Daily Maintenance

1. Observe the coolant level, if there is not enough coolant, open the coolant filler cap to add coolant.

Attention!!!!

When opening the coolant filler cap, the exhaust button must be pressed first to

Avoid injury from hot coolant when the engine is hot.

2. When the oil level is below the lower mark of the dipstick or above the upper mark of the dipstick, it is not allowed to open the coolant cap.

When the oil level is lower than the lower mark of the dipstick or higher than the upper mark of the dipstick, it is not allowed to start the engine.

In this case, it is necessary to add oil from the engine oil filler neck.

NOTE

When checking the oil level after stopping the engine, wait for at least 5mins before

to allow sufficient time for the oil to flow back to the sump.

3. Check the fuel level and add fuel in time.

4. Check the urea solution level

The urea tank level needs to be kept between 30% and 80% of the total volume of the urea tank.
